Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

Odin Leads (“Service”, “we”, “us”) is a B2B lead intelligence platform that compiles and sells CSV reports of companies actively hiring in Germany. The Service aggregates publicly available job board listings from Arbeitsagentur.de, StepStone.de, GermanTechJobs.de, and similar public sources.

By accessing, purchasing, or using Odin Leads you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

What We Provide: CSV reports containing company names, locations, hiring status, and job titles based on active job postings.

What We Do Not Provide: Personal data of individuals (names, emails, phone numbers of candidates or hiring managers).

Data Source: Public job board listings only. We do not scrape private databases or restricted content.

Report Accuracy: Compiled from publicly available data at the time of report generation; accuracy is not guaranteed (see Section 7).

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to: use the Service for any illegal purpose; resell, redistribute, or transfer reports to third parties without written consent; reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform; attempt unauthorized access; use automated tools beyond your purchase scope; use report data for unsolicited mass contact (spam) in violation of CAN-SPAM (US), GDPR (EU), or equivalent laws; violate intellectual property rights; or harass any person or entity using the Service.

Violation Consequences: We may terminate your access, withhold refunds, and pursue legal remedies.

4. Pricing and Payment

Reports are priced in EUR. Payment is processed through Stripe. Each report is a one-time transaction with no recurring charges unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for any applicable VAT, sales tax, or other taxes in your jurisdiction.

Reports are non-refundable once delivered. Exceptions apply only for documented Service failure. A Stripe receipt serves as your invoice.

5. Intellectual Property

Odin Leads owns all rights to the Service, platform, algorithms, and compilation methodology. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased reports for internal business purposes. You may not create derivative works from reports. If referencing data publicly, you must attribute the source as “Odin Leads.”

6. Data Processing

See our separate Privacy Policy for how we collect, process, and protect your data. We process minimal personal data (your payment email) only to complete transactions. We do not collect personal data about individuals in reports.

7. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Reports are compiled from public job boards and provided on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data. Job listings may be outdated, incorrect, or incomplete. You are responsible for independently verifying any data before relying on it for business decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Odin Leads shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific report. We are not liable for errors in scraped public data, temporary unavailability, or failures of third-party services (Stripe, Resend, Vercel).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany and the European Union, specifically German civil law (BGB) and EU Directive 2019/770 (Digital Content Directive). Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany, unless your local consumer law provides otherwise.

EU consumers may also use the ODR Platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Dispute Resolution

Before legal action, contact us at aldenmerlin@gmail.com describing the issue. We will respond within 14 days. You have 30 days to reach a resolution. If unresolved, you may pursue legal action under Section 9.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate your access for Terms violations with 7 days’ written notice. Termination does not affect past purchases; reports already delivered remain yours.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal changes or Service improvements. Updates will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be communicated via email with 30 days’ notice. Continued use implies acceptance.
